EggRaw is pasteurised liquid egg white, ready to pour. It contains one ingredient: egg white.

Pour it into omelettes, scrambles, coffee, smoothies, shakes, pancakes or baking. Follow the bottle directions.

Refrigerate at 4°C or below. Use within 48 hours after opening and follow the printed use-by date unopened.

Pasteurisation treats egg whites to reduce harmful bacteria. It is not an absolute safety guarantee.
