Per 100 g: 45 kcal · protein 10 g · fat 0 g · cholesterol 0 mg · carbohydrate 1 g · sodium 160 mg.
Per 500 ml bottle: 50 g protein. Contains egg.
Directions & kitchen use
Shake, pour, cook. 30 ml ≈ 1 egg white, 1 L ≈ 30 whites. Use for omelettes, bhurji, batters, meringues, protein shakes and meal-prep boxes. Cook thoroughly. Keep at 4 °C and use within 48 h of opening.
Taste & smell
Clean and neutral, like fresh egg whites. It takes on your seasoning and does not change the flavour of shakes or bakes.

Can we try it first?

Is it cheaper than cracking eggs?
For egg whites, it is close. 30 premium eggs cost about ₹300–350 and give you roughly 1 litre of whites (30–33 ml each) plus 30 yolks to use or bin. EGG RAW is ₹379 + GST a litre with the cracking, separating and washing already done.
How does weekly billing work?
One delivery every week, prepaid every 4 weeks. 10 L is ₹399/L + GST, so ₹15,960 + GST every 4 weeks. Your price is locked for 90 days.

Free chilled delivery to approved Delhi NCR PINs. Your PIN is checked at checkout.
Can we pause or cancel?
Anytime, from your EGG RAW account or on WhatsApp. Changes apply from your next billing date.
Do you give GST invoices?
Yes. All prices are + 18% GST and every order comes with a GST invoice. Share your GSTIN on WhatsApp or by email after ordering.
Does it whip for baking?
Many recipes work well, but results depend on your method. Test it with a one-time order first.
